WELCOME TO HOVBORG KRO   The atmosphere in HOVBORG KRO is friendly and relaxed. The guest is always the centre of attention and our friendly staff is at the disposal of our guests. Low-ceilinged rooms characterize the old building and HOVBORG KRO has gained a reputation for good Danish regional specialities, carefully prepared like in the good old days with butter and cream at hand. The site of the inn makes trout and game natural delicious specialities. A walk in the woods around Hovborg or down the footpaht on the banks of the Holme Å is quite an experience. One can walk for hours without meeting other people. There are good fishing possibilities in Holme Å, a small river which flows right through the inn garden. With the greatest respect for the original building style of the 200 year-old inn the old stable and barn have been rebuilt into modern and untraditional course rooms.
